Bill Blake, Board of Directors

Bill Blake is owner of Blake Car Company, who is now, after over 35 years in the auto sales industry, limiting his operation to appraisals of vehicles.  Bill is recognized as one of the premier appraisers in Oregon and will likely be one of the first ’senior’ appraisers certified by the association in the months to come.

Bill served for 2011 as Vice President of AA of O.

Bill has experience in court, with arbitration, has extensive auction experiences, both at the dealer only auctions and with classic auctions.  He has experience judging and appraising at the Tours de Elegance, and has judged at other shows of classics. 

Bill’s appraisals include total loss disputes, classic and custom vehicles to be insured property, bankruptcy appraisals, divorce and extensive diminution of value appraisals.

Bill does appraisals in Oregon and Washington, primarily.
