Terry Fisher

Terry Fisher has 30 years of experience in appraising vehicles.  He is licensed with the state of Oregon as an appraiser.  He does not work for insurance companies, working only for consumers.
Terry’s services include Settlements, donation vehicles, court testimony, arbitrations, serving as an arbitration umpire, experienced with diminished values and leasing values among other experience.
