Owner also of Lulay’s Car Connection in Salem, Oregon. He was instrumental in the passing of AA of O legislation in both the 2005 and 2011 legislative sessions. He was a member of the Oregon Dealer Advisory Committee for 6 years, until Dec 31, 2011.
